What personal data this site collects when you visit or join the city waitlist, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

The controller for this website is:

Leon & Vera OÜ
Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia
Estonian Business Register, registry code 17303070

Our data protection officer is heyData GmbH, Schützenstraße 5, 10117 Berlin, Germany. You can reach them directly at datenschutz@heydata.euor at heydata.eu.

The licence split

Every Robla studio, once one opens, is independently owned and run by a local licence partner. We are responsible for this website and the city waitlist. Your studio, once you are a member, is responsible for you - it runs its own booking and membership records, under its own terms.

No studio is open yet, so this page describes nothing about a member record today. It will be extended, in the open, on the day the first one exists.

What this site collects today

Visiting this website. Our host records standard server logs, including your IP address, to keep the site up and to defend it from attack. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. They are kept briefly and then deleted.

Measuring how the site is used. Nothing measures how you use this site. The only script it runs opens and closes the mobile menu, and it reads and stores nothing about you. There is no analytics tool, no measurement cookie, and nothing stored on your device beyond what the page needs to load. If we add one, we will ask you first, and this page will name the tool, what it records and how long it is kept. Legal basis then: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with the national rules on storing information on your device.

The city waitlist. Joining is not open on this site yet. When it opens, it will ask for the email address and postcode you type, and the wording you agreed to and when you agreed it. The postcode is used only to judge whether enough people live near a possible studio to open one there. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you will be able to withdraw at any time. We will delete an entry once its city is decided either way, or sooner if asked. This page will name whichever provider stores that data before the waitlist starts collecting it.

Writing to us. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence as an ordinary business record. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

What we never do

  • We never sell personal data. Not to anyone, not ever.
  • We never run advertising trackers.
  • We never send marketing without your consent, and consent is revocable at any time.
  • We never ask you a health question online.
  • We never ask for a card online.

Your studio's own records

Once studios open: before your first session, your studio takes you through a screening and a counselling conversation, on paper, and keeps that record for ten years - a condition of every Robla licence. That record is never entered into any Robla software, and nobody at Leon & Vera OÜ sees it.

Who else sees your data

This site is hosted by Vercel, in the European Union. That is the whole list today. If we add a provider - for the waitlist or otherwise - this page will name them before they start.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You can object to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time, and that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Write to us at the address above, and we will act on it and tell you what we did.

You can complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee). You can also complain to the authority in the country you live in.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
