Robla is a licence system

Robla is a licence system for EMS training studios. No studio is open yet. Once one is, it is run by an independent licence partner who owns that studio - never by Leon & Vera OÜ - and the studio's own page names its operator and address.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not signed up to one. Once a studio opens, a complaint about a session is a matter for that studio first; if it does not settle it, write to us and we will look at it ourselves.

For a cross-border dispute inside the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) helps consumers and traders reach a settlement out of court, free of charge to the consumer.

Our national body is the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn. It settles disputes between traders registered in Estonia and consumers resident there, free of charge to both sides, normally within 90 days.

Where we are established

Leon & Vera OÜ is established in Estonia and provides this site from there. The information above is published under the Estonian Information Society Services Act, which implements Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC.

A studio, once open, is operated by its own licence partner under the law of the country it stands in. That operator is named on the studio's own page, and the terms of a session are between you and them.
