RoblaEMS Studio
A session in progress, the trainer at the member's side

Safety

In good hands

EMS is strong training, which is exactly why how a session is run matters. Here is how ours are run.

What that means on the day

Four things you can count on

  1. 01

Someone qualified is in the room

A trained trainer, standing next to you for the whole session. There is no version of this you do on your own.

  2. 02

    We talk before you train

A few questions about your health, and a proper conversation about them - what the training asks of you and whether anything in your history changes the answer. If this is not right for you, you hear that first, not afterwards.

  3. 03

You decide how hard it goes

The level is chosen with you, block by block, and only as far as you can hold. Say stop and it stops - mid-session, mid-block, no reason needed.

  4. 04

Two people at a time, never more

Never more than two trainees per trainer - the ceiling is written into every Robla licence, wherever the studio is. We treat it as a rule rather than a target, which is why a Robla studio is a quiet room.

Once a week

The limit is the point

One twenty-minute session a week is not a starter package. It is the whole dose, and the reason your first session is lighter than you could manage: this works by building, week by week, rather than by impressing you on day one.

So there is no faster plan to upgrade to, and no Robla studio will sell you a second weekly session. If you want more training in your week, walk, swim, lift something - we will happily tell you so.

Our promise

Honest training, nothing oversold

A session gives you exactly what it promises: real, coached strength work. Anything medical belongs with your doctor - and your trainer will say so plainly, because pointing you to the right professional is part of the standard, and part of why you can trust the rest of it.
