Membership
One session a week, one monthly price
No class packs, no add-on hours, no extra charge for the trainer - the trainer is the point. What your studio costs is on its own page: each one sets its own price.
In every membership
- Twenty minutes a week, at a time that is yours
- The same trainer, beside you for all of it
- Never more than one other person in the room
- The vest and straps you train in
What your studio sets
The price, the term, and whether they provide the layer you wear under the vest. It is on your studio's page, or ask at your first session.
Your first session
Allow an hour, train for twenty minutes
You talk for a few minutes, your trainer fits the vest, and then you run through it once at a low level. After that you know how it feels.
Be first in your cityBefore you start
EMS has to fit you. Your trainer goes through a few health questions with you first - and gives you a straight answer either way. That honesty is the standard.
What people ask first
Is once a week enough?
That is what this training is built around: twenty minutes, once a week, with a week in between. There is no level you move up to later - that is the whole plan.
Do I have to perform on the first visit?
No. The first one is there so you know how it feels, not so you show what you can do. It stays under what you could manage.
Do I bring anything?
Just yourself, in ordinary clothes. Whether your studio provides the layer you wear under the vest is on their page.
Can I stop mid-session?
Whenever you like. You choose the level with your trainer, and you say when it is enough.
