Twenty minutes a week.
The same trainer.
The strength practice for starting again. Real training, guided from the first minute to the last by a trainer who knows you. Start exactly as you are.
Every studio opens under one published standard, and you can read all of it before you ever visit. The standard.

What it gives you
Strength you notice in ordinary things
Carrying the shopping in one trip. Getting up off the floor without thinking about it. Reaching the end of a long day with something left over.
That is what twenty minutes a week is for. Not a transformation, not a before and after - the everyday strength that makes the rest of your week easier.
Twenty minutes on a Tuesday holds. It fits inside a working day, it is the same slot every week, and the same trainer is expecting you. Come exactly as you are - a quiet room, your trainer already there, and a level that meets you where you stand.

The session
What happens in twenty minutes
You wear a vest and straps the studio provides, over a light base layer. The movements themselves are simple - a squat, a press, a hold - and the impulses run in blocks while you move.
Your whole body works at once, instead of one machine after another. That is why a session is short, and why one a week is the whole plan.
The surprise is how quickly simple gets hard. A squat you would not think twice about is real work by the fourth one. You choose the level with your trainer, block by block, and you can stop whenever you want.
Your first appointment
Come in ordinary clothes and allow an hour
An hour, and you know the price before you arrive. In that hour: the health questions, the vest fitted to you, twenty minutes of training, and a straight answer about whether this suits you.
That first session is lighter than you could manage. Starting gently is the whole idea: once a week, building, so that the tenth session feels ordinary.
This training has to suit you - and your trainer will be straight with you about whether it does.

Your trainer
The same trainer every week
Not whoever is on shift. Your trainer knows how you move, what you managed last week and what to change today, and they are beside you for the whole twenty minutes.
Never more than one other person in the room. Nobody is watching you train.
If your trainer is ever away, you will know before you arrive - and you can move the session if you would rather wait for them.
Membership
One session a week, one monthly price
The price is on your studio's page
Each Robla studio is independently run and sets its own price. You will find it on its own page, without having to ring and ask.
Cancel monthly
After your initial term, a month's notice ends it. The same at every Robla studio.
Closer to a personal trainer
Four appointments a month with one trainer and at most one other person in the room. That is the comparison worth making, not a gym membership.

Why Robla
How Robla is different
The same trainer, every week
Not "a personal trainer" - yours. They know what you did last week, so you never start over. How that works
We will not sell you a second session
Once a week is the whole method, so there is no bigger package - not here, not in any studio. Why the limit is the point
A quiet room, not a gym floor
You and at most one other member. Nobody watching, nobody waiting for the machine. What a session is like
