Questions worth asking any studio

Not only ours. If you are looking at strength training this year and Robla has not opened near you yet, these are the answers worth having before you sign anything.

  1. Is somebody there whenever the studio is open - and do they know who you are?
  2. Do the machines keep your settings, or does somebody set them up by hand every time?
  3. What happens before my first session - does anyone go through my health with me before I sign?
  4. Does the resistance adjust as you move - and what happens when you have nothing left?
  5. What is the notice period once the initial term is over - and is there a joining fee?
