Safety
Careful by design
Strength training is real work, which is exactly why how a studio is run matters. Here is how ours are run.
What that means on the day
Four things you can count on
- 01
Someone is always in the room
A person is at the desk whenever the studio is open - somebody who knows your name, knows your last visit, and keeps the room safe. There is no version of this where the doors are open and nobody is there.
- 02
We talk before you train
A few questions about your health, and a proper conversation about them - and nothing is signed before that conversation. If this is not right for you, you hear it first, not afterwards.
- 03
You can always stop - and so can the machine
Say stop and it stops - mid-round, mid-repetition, no reason needed. And the machine itself eases off the moment you have nothing left. It gives way exactly where you do; you are never stuck under a weight.
- 04
Never more people than machines
Every member trains at their own station, on a timed round - so a full room still means a machine that is yours. The ceiling is written into every Robla licence, wherever the studio is, which is why a Robla studio is a quiet room.
The dose
Twice a week is the whole plan
Two twenty-minute sessions a week, building slowly - that is the whole dose, and the reason your first round is set lighter than you could manage: this works by building, visit by visit, rather than by impressing you on day one.
So there is no faster plan to upgrade to and no starter pack to buy - the monthly price is the whole product. If you want more movement in your week, walk, swim, cycle - we will happily tell you so.
Our promise
Honest training, nothing oversold
A session gives you exactly what it promises: real strength work, worked out for you. Anything medical belongs with your doctor - and the studio will say so plainly, because pointing you to the right professional is part of the standard, and part of why you can trust the rest of it.
