E-Training · like the E on a bike
Nothing to work out.
Twenty minutes, twice a week.
The strength practice for starting again. Measured once, then every machine sets itself for you - the seat, the range, the resistance. Start as you are.
Every studio opens under one published standard, and you can read all of it before you ever visit. The standard.

Decisions to make
What it gives you
Strength you notice in ordinary things
Carrying the shopping in one trip. Getting up off the floor without thinking about it. Reaching the end of a long day with something left over.
That is what twenty minutes, twice a week, is for. Not a transformation, not a before and after - the everyday strength that makes the rest of your week easier.
It fits inside a working day, and there are no class times and no booking - you walk in when it suits you, and the room is ready.

The session
What happens in twenty minutes
The session is one lap of machines - a leg press, a chest press, a row. Each one is already set for you: the seat, the range, the resistance, from your measurement and from your last visit.
You go around once, machine by machine, with nothing to set and nothing to remember. The screen on each one paces you - so you never count, never guess, never wonder whether you are doing it right. Twenty minutes covers the whole body, and twice a week is the whole plan.
The surprise is how quickly simple gets hard - a movement you would not think twice about is real work by the last few repetitions. And when you have nothing left, the machine gives way exactly where you do. You can stop at any moment.
Your first appointment
Come in ordinary clothes and allow an hour
An hour, and you know the price before you arrive. In that hour: the health questions, a measurement so every machine knows you, a first round lighter than you could manage, and a straight answer about whether this suits you.
Starting gently is the whole idea. The first rounds are set lighter than you could manage, and the load rises visit by visit - so that a month in, the session feels ordinary. After that first hour, you walk in.
This training has to suit you - and you will hear a straight answer about whether it does.
The difference
Why not just a gym?
There is probably a cheaper gym nearby. This is what the difference buys.
That is what the membership price buys - and why a session takes twenty minutes of your day rather than an hour.

The studio
A studio that knows you
Every machine remembers what you did last time and is set before you arrive. Nothing has to be explained twice - not your settings, not your story.
A person is at the desk whenever the studio is open - somebody who knows your name and your last visit. And never more people than machines in the room.
If it has been a while, that's the normal starting point here.

How Robla is different
The studio knows you

A quiet room, not a gym floor
Never more people than machines. Nobody watching, nobody waiting for a machine. What a session is like
